« We booked a city view room that was one of the 6 with 3 full windows. It was well worth it! Bed and room comfy and well appointed. The breakfast package was great value! Although there is a lift, some stairs to rooms as well. It is a grand old building. Onsite parking at 15 GDP per night was also well worth it. Get there early enough to grab a spot. « Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! « Had a wonderful stay in the refurbished hotel. Had the most comfortable nights sleep, so much so that we are looking to buy the mattresses they use. The comfy double was just what we needed.
