Inlet Point 14E is located near the creek dock and is an easy walk to the both Inlet Point condo pools, and beach.

This condo is located in Building 14 with an elevator, and it is convenient to the beach, pool, and creek dock.

Parking: This unit has reserved, covered parking space underneath the building. Additional parking is available.

Check-In: Saturday to Saturday
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included. Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
