Flats in Pawleys Island

'Had a great trip and had everything needed. Attractive space and well decorated. Nice to be close to pool and beach was a short walk or bike ride. We brought bikes which was helpful. Unit was clean and had ample kitchen supplies. '

'I have done vacation rentals in Pawleys Plantation many times and the location is wonderful. It is a beautiful gated community. This was the first time that I had to drive to pick up keys to a rental unit. It was 7 miles one way north of Pawleys plantation which was a 14 mile trip added to our already 6 hr. drive which was an inconvenience. This is a spacious one bedroom unit on the first floor with a screened in porch overlooking the golf course. It is furnished very nicely and the two queen...

'Bugs were terrible. The sink and kitchen counter crawled with tiny bugs. I called the front desk and although I was told they would send an exterminator, no one came. There were 3 dead roaches on the floor when we arrived and we were greeted both mornings with a new one in the middle of the floor. I was worried we would transport them home so I had to be especially vigilant in guarding against the critters taking home in our luggage and bags.'

'The property was stunning. Situated on the top floor with a view of the beach and ocean it provided ready access to walking trails and the beach. Wish I had booked a longer stay. Will definitely consider coming back to the Litchfield by the Sea area.'
