'The lock on our door broke, it was repaired quickly which was awesome!! But it took multiple phone calls, emails and text to get the process started. Just a hassle when your on Vaca. The room itself was very worn, paint chips on walls and furniture Both mattresses were awful. We liked the resort, but won’t book on Expedia next time.'
