'Una casa muy buena para descansar unos días, zona residencial sin ruidos. El menaje perfecto al igual que la cocina, el trato con los propietarios y la encargada de la entrada una maravilla.Solo faltaría especificar que el jardín trasero es comunitario por lo que si se va con perro la zona trasera se puede escapar con facilidad.La zona de la piscina también perfecta porque da justo a la salida de la terraza.'

'Dit is een heerlijk huis, super gastvrij met fietsen en wat speelgoed, keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Hey strand is heel mooi en was erg rustig ( in mei). Leuk barretje bij camping Pepe om wat te drinken aan het strand.'

'We stayed here for two weeks with friends. The house is immaculate, even nicer than in the photos and easily the best equipped holiday house we ever stayed at. The kitchen contains everything you need with plenty of cutlery etc. We had no difficulty finding the house and the communication with the owner was great. The neighbour, who comes by to maintain the pool and the garden, was very friendly and let us know we could always contact him or the owner if we needed anything. The house is located...

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'Location géré par Novasol à fuir absolument, une catastrophe... remise des clés 3h après l'heure prévue et fait par la femme de ménage et SÉQUESTRATION (+ de 1h) lors de la remise des clés pour le départ, car nous avons constaté la somme restant dû sur les frais annexes (eau et électriques) et que nous avions déjà déposé 210€ à l'arrivée et aucune écoute possible avec HDS (NOVASOL)'

'Het appartement ligt echt op een top locatie. Dichtbij zee en de boulevard en er zijn talloze restaurantjes op loopafstand. Het appartement zelf is ruim, wel wat verouderd maar prima. De ventilatoren waren wel echt nodig. Heel fijn dat die er waren. Het enige nadeel is de Tiki bar aan de overkant. Je hebt behoorlijk wat overlast van die bezoekers. Maar de locatie van het appartement maakte dat veel goed. '

'Apartamento muy antiguo y dejado. Los baños con la escobilla marron de usada, sujeto los plomos de las luces con un celo. En la cocina, todos los vasos de su madre y de publicidad, escasez de cubertería, no dejaron un estropajo o jabon que tuvimos que comprar junto al deterjente para la ropa. No habia mas que 5 pinzas que tuvimos que comprar. La verdad no repetiríamoscomprar. '

'Grote afgesloten tuin, eigen oprit. Goed verzorgd, erg schoon en fris. Van alle gemakken voorzien (paar grote badlakens extra misschien? ) BBQ aanwezig. Zee en dorp op 5 minuten met auto. Vriendelijke ontvangst en erg behulpzaam. De losse extra kamer met eigen terras en ensuite badkamer ideaal voor extra privacy. Absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar.'
