'The place was great for visiting NY to see the Christmas lights and shows. Took public transportation from Newark airport which dropped us off at North Elizabeth station & we walked from there. Choice between bus & rail to get to New York City - bus stop was closer. Allow time for traffic especially if you have show tickets on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 'Very cute place, didn't realize there would be steep stairs but it was fine. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. We had our own bed, living room, kitchen and bathroom to ourselves; we were able to control the temperature with minimal issue, although one window kept trying to raise up in the kitchen, but we managed to get it to stay down. 'Great amenities and helpful hosts'

'Clean and spacious apartment, located in a friendly residential area with various shops and restaurants close by. Also just a short walk from public transport to Manhattan - and the views across the Hudson (also whilst you're on the bus) are fabulous. Easy communication with the host, very clear instructions on how to get to the house. If only we could have stayed longer!'

'Nice, welcoming, and clean place! About a 3 minute walk to beautiful views of Manhattan island across the Hudson river, and 20 minute bus ride to Times Square (views from there are beautiful as well). Host is also very friendly and communicative :) '

'We stayed at this location for 2 nights prior to our cruise leaving from Port Liberty. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in finding some tourist resources for NYC. We were pleasantly surprised by some of the included extras! They really made our stay enjoyable. '
