'Went to the property and the room had insects and the bathroom had items broken and it was dirty. Really bad experience, the person at the reception told us that all rooms were the same so we left the property and the owners didn’t want to give any money back (they had the possibility). I normally go to SM de los Andes, never more to this place.'
