Orchard Hill Farm--Elegant Comfort in Desirable West Side Paso Robles!

Orchard Hill Farm sits on a hill overlooking 36 acres with amazing vineyard and countryside views. There are beautiful gardens, ancient oaks and fountains. The upstairs guest house over the carriage house is 1350 sq feet with 2 bedrooms each with their own balcony and bathroom. There is a comfortable living area between the 2 rooms with a kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, seating area and a 3rd deck overlooking vineyards. The kitchen features a four-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, and refrigerator, though no conventional oven. This gorgeous guesthouse is perfect for 2 to 4 guests. A convenient propane BBQ and propane fire pit with seating for four await you for evening enjoyment. We provide the propane for your stay!

We offer: gourmet coffee and tea, baked goods, luxury amenities, bedding and robes. We have WiFi, Satellite TV, and a complimentary electric charging station for vehicles. You can view our history of over 500 Trip Advisor reviews. Paso Robles is a world renown wine region and is home to over 300 wineries. Orchard Hill Farm is located in the heart of the exclusive Westside. We are: 14 minutes to the city center, 8 minutes to Hwy 101, 18 minutes to the Coast. Doug and Debbie have been Innkeepers for over 20 years and love to help with wine touring suggestion and can provide guests with many complimentary wine tasting tickets to surrounding wineries. A breath of fresh air…

Lovely cottage in the hills of Paso Robles. Close to many great wineries, and only a couple miles from the town itself. Several patio’s and balconies to relax and take in the views from. Wonderful accommodations with comfortable beds, sofa’s, chairs and a/c. Communication with the property manager and owner was easy, and both were very responsive. Highly recommend for a truly enjoyable stay.

Better than Pictured

Second story overlook of the surrounding hill Sides and vineyards is outstanding. The two well appointed and furnished bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are better than the pictures can convey. So many rich details in textiles, furnishings, and decor. Comfy in every place. Fireplace ambiance created extra warmth and coziness. Kitchen had plenty of what we needed for tea, coffee. The living room is inviting for multiple people to sit and relax. Three decks created more outside space to enjoy the countryside.

Amazing property!

This is our second time in 6 months staying at this property with our friends It is so beautiful and quiet! The view is spectacular and the stars are amazing as it is so dark at night. The two bedrooms with en suite baths and common living room and kitchen are idea for two coupes. The grounds are beautiful with long views from the three decks. My only complaint is the bedrooms were too hot, especially with the down(?) comforters.

Even though we reviewed the carriage house on line prior to our arrival, the house and views far exceeded our expectations. Doug and Deborah were excellent hosts. The location of the property is perfect for heading out wine tasting or going down down Paso for Dinner. Great Stay and we are already looking forward to next Year!!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie and Doug's beautiful property in Paso Robles. Right in the heart of wine country, so quiet, beautifully furnished - everything we could want with a Paso Robles wine-tasting getaway. Debbie and Doug are very communicative and responsive - great hosts. It looks amazing in the photos and it is better in person than the photos.

What a wonderful surprise this beautiful Carriage house was! The location was ideally situated not far off from W. 46 & the roads were easy to navigate. The cottage sat near the main house & the entire property was so picturesque! The views of growing vineyards along the rolling hills were spectacular & the night skies were perfect for having that last drink & enjoying the conversations all around. The interior was well kept and clean with very comfortable linens! The extra attention to details included a nice bottle of wine left for us upon arrival along with a scrumptious coffee cake! There was also coffee and fresh creamer in the fridge, which we thought really was thoughtful. I only wish I had stayed longer, we enjoyed it that much!

Beautiful, peaceful location. The carriage house home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable for 2 couples. Well stocked kitchen. The welcome wine and coffee cake was a special surprise! An idyllic location and property set atop a hill and overlooking beautiful pastoral scenery and vines. The location is perfectly situated near some of the best wineries in the area. Roomy and comfortable with 3 separate balconies, each with a fantastic view. We will be back!

Luxury Nest away from Home
