« The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. « The phone in our room did not work. We let the staff know and was told they would call maintenance right away to switch it out. Maintenance never came. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing hot. Just muffins, bagels, and yogurt. Our room was nice; just didn't like the location; right next to the laundry room. « Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions. »

« It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay. »

« For a quick weekend getaway without the children, I was disappointed. My husband and I wanted to spend time together, but he had a conference each day from 8-4 so I was on my own at your property. 3/4 of the TV channels did not work "low signal." « No where to hang my clothes, no iron, dirty surfaces. No hot water at all. Inquired about it and was advised to run the sink AND the shower at the same time for atleast 10min. Still no hot water. Was then moved to another room at 11pm. Still dirty surfaces and tub. Holes in the walls and in the bathtub. Not worth the money at all. The outlet didnt work on the wall and there is no outlet near the nightstands. Super dark in the rooms. Not nearly enough light at all. Only tiny sconce lights on...

« Ça passe. Pas très propre et mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs et même la chambre. Animaux acceptés donc ça n'aide pas. Juste abordable pour le prix mais sans plus. Déjeuné : muffin, barre tendre, café et eau chaude pour gruau (dans un verre). Je n'y retournerai pas avec ma famille. »
