'Clean room, kids friendly atmosphere, but restaurants ( main and pizza one) still not good. Poor choice of kids menu, everything is very oily and not really for kids. We are here 5th time and it’s not that you are expecting in such big resort. Breakfast buffet is big, but not really interesting. Also the restaurant next to the water, which used to be good still closed. The only good one for us was Japanese restaurant, but it’s working not all week.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! '
