A beautiful, modern Parisian apartment, bathed in light, spacious, and airy.

This tastefully decorated 2-bedroom apartment (approx. 70 m²) is the perfect place to enjoy Paris in the summer, with easy access to all the sights by public transportation (5 minutes walk from line 8).

Completely renovated, the apartment is perfectly equipped. Located on the 7th floor, it has a balcony with electric blind and enjoys views of the Seine, with no building directly opposite. The apartment is my main residence and I have the pleasure of making it available when I am on a business trip or on vacation.

The building is set back from the street and has an elevator that takes you to the 7th floor, where you will enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view. Very bright, even when the sun is discreet, the apartment benefits from an open environment thanks to the presence of a school opposite, without buildings obstructing the view.

Located in a quiet little street in a family residence, it guarantees you rest and tranquility after a busy day discovering and enjoying Paris.

The apartment includes a kitchen open to the dining area and the living room, with direct access to the balcony. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for two to four people, and the dining table can be moved closer to the bay windows to fully enjoy the view.

The comfortable sofa can easily accommodate four people. All rooms are equipped with dimmable lighting, except for the bathroom.

The windows and bay windows have recently been replaced, ensuring excellent thermal comfort by limiting heat in summer and retaining heat in winter.

A desk is at your disposal if you want to work or use your computer. The laundry room, located away from the living areas, considerably reduces the noise of the washing machine and dryer when the door is closed.

As this is my personal accommodation, you will find everything you need for everyday life: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, as well as bed linen and towels, provided at no extra charge.

Dogs are welcome. The Bois de Vincennes is just a 5- to 10-minute walk away and is an ideal setting for long walks.

For your moments of relaxation, you will have a TV with access to Prime Video, Netflix and Apple TV, a Bose speaker to listen to your music, and a modern bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub.
