In the basement, you’ll discover a beautiful master suite—intimate and elegant—featuring a queen-size bed and a hotel-quality mattress for exceptional nighttime comfort.

Opposite the bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and streaming platforms extends the experience in a cozy atmosphere.

The bedroom also features air conditioning to ensure optimal comfort year-round.





Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom features a large walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a backlit mirror for a touch that is both chic and functional. A walk-in closet and a laundry area with a washing machine complete this level with practicality.



The two floors are connected by a designer spiral staircase inspired by the Eiffel Tower, which gives the apartment a distinct architectural character.



On the ground floor, the space opens into an elegant and inviting living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, and a cozy lounge area designed to help you unwind. You will have access to the entire apartment. The patio is private.

Other Things to Note:

The bedroom is in the basement (-1 level). Please note the sofa bed is in the living room at the ground floor. There is no door between the living room in the ground floor and the bedroom in the basement.
