Cozy and modern 20 sqm studio apartment located in the 15th arrondissement. Nestled in a pleasant residential area, this well-designed space is perfect for a comfortable stay in Paris. Functional and stylish, it offers everything you need to feel at home. Situated on the 1st floor up (accessible by elevator), the studio enjoys a quiet atmosphere.

- A living area with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and a small dining space.

- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, coffee machine, as well as basic cookware and utensils.

- A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire studio just for yourselves. Keys are to be retrieved less than a minute walk away from the apartment.
