Warm apartment restored in March 2012, on the last floor with elevator, benefiting from all the necessary comfort. It is close to all shops and main tourist places where the nearest are : Centre Pompidou (100m), Notre-Dame (300m), Louvre (500m), Le marais (50m), Orsay (800m), the Seine (100m), Hotel de Ville (100m), Quartier latin (400m).
Close to the station Chatelet, it allows to join quickly and directly all the Parisian railroad stations within 10 min and the Roissy airport and Orly within 30 min.
The powner also present in the building will welcome you warmly and are available to indicate you the main places of interest of the city.
This calm appartment will also seduce evening people by its livened up district close to bars, restaurants, cinemas and friendly nightclubs.

Mooi appartement vlakbij Les Halles

De eigenaren van het appartement zijn heel hartelijk en willen van alles doen om het je naar de zin te maken. Zo hebben ze bijvoorbeeld een lijst met leuke restaurants in de buurt. Heel handig! Verder kan je heel dichtbij parkeren in een parkeergarage. Deze ruikt niet heel erg fris, maar voelt wel veilig. Het appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping en heeft een dakraam zodat je de ramen tegenover elkaar open kan zetten en er is een losse ventilator om de warmte te verdrijven. De bedden zijn aan de zachte kant. Vooral het uitklapbed (in de woonkamer). Daarom hebben de kinderen daarop (wel goed) geslapen. Er is vlak bij, om de hoek, een bakkerij/patisserie en daarnaast een stads supermarktje dat nog redelijk lang openblijft.

I stayed here with my husband and infant son for 3 nights. We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay in this cozy apartment, and would absolutely stay here again! Sébastien was a wonderful host — he greeted us on arrival, helped with our bags, setup the crib and gave us lots of excellent recommendations for our stay. We love the neighborhood, there were tons of restaurants nearby, easy metro access, and lots of Parisian charm. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved all the artwork and books. It was a great place to rest after busy days sightseeing.

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was super convenient to all metros or to walk to restaurants, attractions or shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the flat well appointed with anything we needed. Lovely art on display. Our host was friendly, professional and easy to reach. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch.Our only comment would be that if two couples are sharing, the toilet location can be awkward as it is difficult to get to if the pull-out bed is in use.We would definitely return to this flat.

Compact apartment in fantastic location

A perfectly formed apartment, making good use of limited space in a fantastic central Paris location - a perfect base to explore all the sights! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful, check-in / out was quick and easy.The apartment could do with a little more equipment (cutlery, bowls etc) to accommodate more than 2 guests, but we managed to cook some meals with what we had. The dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Overall the location was a winner for us, walking distance to the Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D’Orsay etc just set back behind the fantastic Rue di Rivoli, easy Metro navigation for others slightly further out (Eiffel Tour, Montmartre etc).I’d recommend the apartment on location alone!

4 Nights in Paris

We squeezed 4 adults into the apartment. Beds were comfortable, shower great, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of shops restaurants and groceries. Arriving via train from airport just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Hosts communication was great. I would encourage anyone to choose this home.

The apartment is quaint and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and our teen boys were happy with the pull out bed. Our favorite part was the location. There was a grocery and food and cafes within feet of the apartment. We had a great time and would come back again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and equipped the property was and that it was so centrally located near both local attractions/landmarks and major transportation. There are many great restaurants and shops just outside your door and the host was helpful with giving us tips and tricks to get the most out of our trip. Would highly recommend. Loved this apartment and its location!

My husband and I took our college-aged daughter to Paris for spring break, and this apartment was perfect for us! Lovely decor, nice kitchen appliances, comfy bed and sofa, and even an elevator in the building, which is hard to find. We also really liked the neighborhood. The metro is very accessible and there are lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, yet we didn’t have any issues at all with noise. Plus we felt totally safe walking around, even at night. The host, Sébastien, was really kind and communication with him was great. We really can’t thank him enough for helping to make us feel at home during our week in Paris! I would highly recommend this property.
