Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement de Garry. Tout est conforme aux photos, le quartier est très tranquille et sécuritaire. Le lit est confortable, la salle de bain bien que petite est fonctionnelle et propre. La cuisine est petite, c’est Paris, bien équipée, avec son lave vaisselle, four, plaque, frigo, Nespresso, lave linge, etc. Nous avons pris uniquement nos petit déjeuner à l’appartement. La situation est idéale, et au coin de la rue, la plus belle vue de la Tour Eiffel s’y trouve, avenue d’Eylau. Excellent restaurants proche et on y triuve un tout petit bar à huite très sympathique à quelques pas, La Route de l’Huitre. Garry réponds rapidement et trouve une solution rapidement s’il y a un problème. Je recommande fortement et je conserve cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Ideal Location

This place is ideal for two. You can’t beat the location! I knew it was close to the Eiffel Tower, but had no idea you could see it just up the street! Grocery store, metro, fantastic restaurants, flower shops, anything and everything you need. Gary is super responsive and accommodated a later check out by allowing us to keep our luggage in his place. We were super happy with our stay in Paris, and will return to this same place on our next visit.

The property was as expected, in a good area, convenient walking distance from major Paris attractions. Both the bed and pull out were comfortable. During my stay the shower head was broken, and the bathroom sink drain was rather slow, but overall a good pick.

Great Paris Stay

We had a great time at this apartment. Gary was so communicative and helpful. It was within walking distance of the Metro and not too far from the Eiffel Tower. We were out for most of the day but never felt crowded when it was the three of us trying to get ready. Would highly recommend!

Good location, amenities lacking

When we arrived, the beds were not made, but the housekeeper came pretty quickly. There was no drying rack for clothes so we had to make do with some hangers. The showerhead could not seem to be turned on and the handheld did not have a hook either, it seem to be broken. This was very disappointing for taking showers. The location was good close to Metro.

Great location

This is a great location near Trocadero. Quick walk to the Metro and restaurants. The apartment is small, even by French standards. Even so, it's adequate and the location probably makes up for it. There were a couple of minor issues with some maintenance issues which I communicated to the owner and I'm sure he has taken care of them. Same with cleaning - it wasn't quite ready when we got there, but we got it solved. The apartment building is a bit noisy, but if you're gone sightseeing most of the time, you won't noitice it. Bottom line: nice property, great host.

Cet appartement est très bien situé et calme ce qui est quand même assez rare à Paris Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette tranquillité surtout après des journées de visites, shopping et des soirées au théâtre Dans le quartier on trouve de nombreux commerces et restaurants ce qui est très pratique Nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour et cet appartement a largement contribué à la réussite de nos vacances.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

This apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed for a few nights in Paris! The weather was perfect while we were there and we were even able to sleep with our windows open! Gary was very helpful with a small issue we had and resolved it right away! Highly recommend!

Perfection

I stayed here with my 9 and 11 year old and it was perfection. It was the perfect location, a beautiful building, clean, safe!! (always my concern walking 2 kids around alone overseas), comfortable and all 3 of us LOVED it. We will stay here again when we return for sure. You can walk to many places; the neighborhood bakery, pharmacy, flower shop and cafes are around the corner if you need anything. The Eiffel tower is right around the corner as well. There is laundry, kitchen, bathroom, an adorable view of the garden from the large windows. Gary responded quickly to any inquires I had and I highly recommend this property. Thank you again Gary

Property was updated, simple, and everything we needed. Gary was wonderful and very helpful. Only thing to be aware of is third bed is mattress on the floor, a bit of a challenge for this 65 group. That said, we'd do it again. Highly recommend!

A perfect Parisian apartment!

What a great find! This light-filled, well appointed studio apartment in the 16th arrondissement is in a lovely (and secure!) building (*with* an elevator). The big beautiful windows and the terrific location (easy walk to the metro/subway stops at Place du Trocadero and also Place Victor Hugo; stores, cafes, restaurants, banks all just paces away; and of course stunning views of La Tour Eiffel right from the corner) make it a winner. Plus, Gary was professional and welcoming and quick to respond to messages. All in all, I had a wonderful extended stay in this charming studio!

Week Long Paris Trip

I’ll start by saying Paris is incredible!! Gary and his VRBO were as well! The apartment was incredibly clean, had everything we needed, and was so close to everything. The Effiel tower is less than a 10 minute walk, the Arc de Triumph is about a 10 minute walk, you can Uber to the big time shopping places in 10 minutes, you can Uber to the Palace of Versailles in about 25 minutes, it was just perfect. The property itself was the most quiet place I have ever stayed. There was no noice outside the building as it is not directly facing a street and no noice on the inside. The bed was comfortable, the building was safe and easy to get in and out of, and everything worked. I would HIGHLY recommend Gary’s place and the city.
