We absolutely loved Condovac the property was beautiful with an excellent view. It was my husband & my honeymoon & they made it very special for us. Our view from our room was spectacular. We did come to this all-inclusive with low expectations due to some of the bad reviews, but it absolutely surpassed our expectations. Because the low price we spent extra money to eat dinners at other restaurants along the beach for dinner. But our breakfasts & lunches were wonderful at the Condovac. The whole resort was almost empty & we basically had the pools all to ourselves!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Riu Guanacaste was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expected from a Riu resort. The poor experience started from the moment we arrived. There was no one available to assist us with our luggage during check-in, and no one offered to help us get to our room. For a large all-inclusive resort, this was a very disappointing first impression. The food was one of our biggest disappointments. The quality and selection at the buffet were poor, and we were also very disappointed with the specialty restaurants. We tried for THREE DAYS to make a reservation at the steakhouse, but the app was not working properly. Guests should not have to spend several days trying to make a dinner reservation because the resort's system does not work. The pool towel situation was also unacceptable. There were repeatedly no towels available at the pool, and we were told several times that the washing machine was broken. This happened often enough that it became frustrating. At an all-inclusive resort, guests should not have to repeatedly search or wait for something as basic as a clean pool towel. When you combine the lack of service at arrival, poor food, problems making restaurant reservations, and the constant shortage of pool towels, it gives the impression that the resort is not being managed at the level it should be. Based on this experience, we would NOT return to Riu Guanacaste, and unfortunately, it has also made us

An unforgettable stay with an incredible sunset view. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Our room was extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and with a stunning view that made it feel truly special. Having our own private pool was an amazing touch and made the stay even more relaxing. The common pool area was another highlight, especially around sunset. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun go down over the ocean from the hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. Between the spectacular location, incredible views, beautiful room, private pool, and outstanding hospitality, this was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had.
