'This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. 'Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. '

'We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted on arrival by Donatella and Giuliano and shown our accommodation. We could not have been more happy with the room and bathroom. There was an area outside in the courtyard for me to wash and dry our cloths. The accommodation was close to the train station which enable us to get the train to Cinque Terre.'

'Beautiful apartment with roof terrace. Best location , less than 1 minute from the beach and everything you need just around the corner. Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place...

'The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you!'
