'Fantastisch hotel, super gezellig, leuk personeel, persoonlijk en geweldig leuke kamers. Ook het diner in het restaurant en ontbijt waren super. '

'Staff very helpful'

'So one thing that is not clear until you arrive is that this hotel is a Napalese restauant that has rooms above it. The restaurant is actually very good. However, there are no hotel staff. Instead, there is a sign telling you to speak with the restaurant's bar staff. I was there for only one night in a room on the top floor, where there appeared to be ongoing renovations. My room appeared to be only half completed at best. I would not stay here again.'

'Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever'

'Beautiful Hotel, Deeply Disappointing Experience. 1/5 Stars Hilton Gatwick is a magnificent building, conveniently connected to the South Terminal. Unfortunately, my experience was distressing. Recovering from major abdominal surgery with severe pain and limited mobility, I contacted the hotel before and after booking to arrange a nearby room, luggage assistance and wheelchair transport to British Airways. All were assured. Despite explaining my condition again at check-in, I was assigned...

'Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. Due to Margarita’s commitment to ensure you enjoy your stay (as well as being good value for money and great location), it’s no wonder the ‘Windfall’s continues to collect the...

'I stayed at Bloc for one night (which I suppose is what most people do). After reading the good reviews, I was looking forward to getting a nights sleep in Bloc, having a short time between my flight and journey onwards. However, I would say that my experience was very very moderate and I was really underwhelmed, happy to leave. First of all, the 'basic' room is very very basic. It has no windows and feels a bit like you are locked into prison for one night, with toilet and shower combined in...

'Prima optie als overnachting bij de luchthaven.'

'Hotel dicht bij de terminal dus super. Jammer dat men nog oplos koffie aanbied in de kamer dat is niet meer van deze tijd.'

'Fijn hotel, met buitenterras waar je lekker in de zon kon zitten. Ook diner is van goede kwaliteit.'

'Lovely quiet site. Outstanding staff at front desk reception and especially in the dining room.'

'Jammer dat er geen kamers voor rookers zijn. Je kan wel buiten rooken, maar is voor een rooker op vakantie niet zo luik....allet andere rondom het hotel was great. Zeer vriendelijk personeel!!!!'

'It reminded us a bit of Faulty Towers. Very English, not so modern. But very clean and totally fine for the night.'
