'Just returned from another exceptional stay at the superb Windfalls Boutique Hotel. When booking accommodation it’s always reassuring to know full well that you will be travelling to an excellent clean and comfortable property with such welcoming hosts who have a ‘can do anything' attitude which is so rare these days. Due to Margarita’s commitment to ensure you enjoy your stay (as well as being good value for money and great location), it’s no wonder the ‘Windfall’s continues to collect the...

'Great value. I added breakfast which was lovely.'

'Good food options in the Garden restaurant which was actually tasty. Attentive staff and immaculate hospitality from Prince. Clean and spacious rooms.'

'Hotel dicht bij de terminal dus super. Jammer dat men nog oplos koffie aanbied in de kamer dat is niet meer van deze tijd.'

'I stayed at Bloc for one night (which I suppose is what most people do). After reading the good reviews, I was looking forward to getting a nights sleep in Bloc, having a short time between my flight and journey onwards. However, I would say that my experience was very very moderate and I was really underwhelmed, happy to leave. First of all, the 'basic' room is very very basic. It has no windows and feels a bit like you are locked into prison for one night, with toilet and shower combined in...

'Prima optie als overnachting bij de luchthaven.'

'Fijn hotel, met buitenterras waar je lekker in de zon kon zitten. Ook diner is van goede kwaliteit.'

'Zelf inchecken ging niet goed omdat de juiste codes om dat te doen niet doorgegeven waren, maar ik werd snel en vriendelijk geholpen door het aanwezige personeel. Ruime, schone kamer met uitstekend bed. Het ontbijt was niet exceptioneel, maar gewoon goed in orde, met ruime keuze.'

'Overall, our two-night stay was very good. Staff were pleasant and general upkeep of property is good. The bathroom could use a bit more detailed cleaning, as there were very unsightly spots of grout stains and mold in the shower area. Would stay at this property again as it is quite conveniently located within walking distance of Gatwick South Terminal.'

'Dicht bij de luchthaven. Zeer handig voor een vroege vlucht. Pluspunt was de airport shuttle voor 15 pond'

'Stayed for 1 night before travelling from Gatwick Airport. We arrived quite late and left early so didn’t eat. The room was spacious, and relatively comfortable. I’d use again if travelling from Gatwick due to convenience of location.'

'Not the greatest hotel to stay for a full business week. Great breakfast but for the rest outdated hotelrooms. Dirty carpet and cold smelly room. Bed was not changed in 3 days, just put the duvets back in place. Very small room when with a big suitcase not much space to open your Stuff. Great receptionist (blond lady)'

'We were very upset to find that the restaurant was not open and did not get told of this when booking and before arrival. It was very upsetting after a 10 hr flight to have to walk to another hotel to get a meal.'

'Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever'
