'We were unable to access our room with our keys, and after four trips up and down to the lobby, the front desk finally sent someone upstairs to help. They were also unable to access the room. When we finally got in, our bathroom was brand new, but installed in a way that wouldn’t even close. The front desk did help us move to another room at that point. We made it to the pool, and discovered the hot tub was drained. They offered for us to use the neighboring hotel’s pool and hot tub, but their’s...

'Checked in A/C was not cooling turned it as low as could go room never cooled, so we checked out and went and found another hotel. Olympias pool was broken and not in use!'

'We came from Cleveland to Denver and reached Colorado Springs at 12am. But we were not able to checkin as the registers were closed. We were not informed earlier about this. Because of this we were roaming around multiple hotels for a room availability at midnight with kids and finally got a room around 2:30am. We tried calling the customer service but they are not available. We don’t even have no clue if our money will be refunded back or lost. Terrible experience'
