'Needed a last minute place to stay and this was PERFECT!! Reasonably priced and the owner is lovely. The rooms have everything you need and there’s a bar on the property where you can play pool and have an after-dinner drink. Highly recommend!'

'Exactly as described. Not super high end but very clean and had all the functionality I needed. Wi-Fi was good, bed was comfortable, area is quiet, staff was lovely, room was big and spotless. And I got upgraded to a suite, which had a large and nice sitting area. '

'Clean and comfortable—that’s all I ask for. I don’t need luxe baubles or finishes, but what sets the Hampton Maid apart is its friendly and efficient staff that make you feel welcome. Not just that, but they probably have the best restaurant in the area, with delicious offerings made with the freshest ingredients and done with inventiveness and flair while remaining down-to-earth. The water pressure could be higher, but nevertheless we would stay here again the next time we’re in the Hamptons.'

A really nice guy.The house is in a picture card location on a beautiful creek, yet within a 5 minute scenic walk into the village, or to the waterfront town. Will certainly be back.'
