Located on a quiet street of well-maintained homes, and with parking right outside, it was a short 1-1/2 block walk to all the shops, restaurants, ferry, docks, etc. The apt is small, but clean and tidy, sun-filled and air-conditioned. We loved staying here and will again in the future. »

« Amazing from start to finish! True secret gem on the North Fork! Arriving later at night, I truly appreciated the notes to drive slowly and watch out for the deer. The house is not missing anything! Outdoor space, bikes with helmets, keypad door, every kitchen supply and more, beach toys and gear, office space, air conditioning etc! Off road parking. « extra clean brand new rooms. bathroom door did lock by itself and the small hole on the plate outside did unlock it when depressed otherwise perfect. we had 2 under 3 kids and the way it was set up was safe and fun »

« Pleasant stay in this functional and well-equipped apartment. The bedding was comfortable Easy communication with the owners. 3 drawbacks: -the temperature control for the AC/heating is not accessible in the apartment. You must therefore ask the owner to adjust it as needed. It can become annoying if you want to adjust the setting several times a day... -there is no window in the bedroom-the small garden between the fences of the front and the backyard would benefit from being used to put 1...
