The communication was excellent, the cleanliness was impeccable, even the building when you walk in smells so fresh and clean we were so impressed with everything! It was very comfortable we will definitely be returning!!!'

'Unfortunately, I was in town for business. I say unfortunately because this is a great location for a weekend stay to explore the area. This one bedroom was clean and had all the amenities. As a tea drinker, I was pleasantly surprised there was a variety of tea which I forgot to pack. The host even came over to reset the TV for me!'

'What a cute old building! They have fixed these up very cute! Note there is no elevator and there are a decent amount of steps. Communication was great! Would stay here again. '

'Excellent spot in Downtown Bay City. Walked to everything. Had never been to Bay City before and wanted to be in the heart of things. This place is it. Great communication from host. Apartment was well stocked with everything needed to stay the weekend including coffee. Highly recommend. If we come back to Bay City we WILL stay here again!'
