'Overall stay was great failed to mention there is no heat in main part of the house only in the bedrooms the sulfur in the water is really bad I turned the water on in the bathroom and could smell it throughout the entire house I felt like i was walking around smelling like a rotten egg from the sulfur smell of the water they did however provide bottled water for drinking and cooking and considering everything is far from property I feel ice trays would be great to have there as well '

'Property was clean and spacious. Although the National Park was closed due to the shutdown, we still were able to do many things. The Bridge Walk was great, as was the Exhibition Mining Company. Having trains come by was interesting, and pretty neat. '

'The room was amazing! Impeccably cleaned, no worn spot or corners needing paint. Blinds worked, etc. Staff we met were very friendly and helpful but not excessively so. Hampton Inn is our preferred place to stay, so glad we could add this hotel to our list of outstanding locations. Our only complaint is with what Hampton Inn provides for breakfast. 'The cabin is nice and cozy. They have a welcoming gift of baked cookies and souvenir mugs. So thoughtful! This place is so easy to drive and very near to New Gorge national park. And I recommended traveling here during fall because it is more fantastic around seeing beautiful shades of leaves while relaxing in the cabins hot tub! But if you want nature, do come here anytime of the year! '
