Nationaal Park Cueva de las Maravillas

It’s a simple hotel but the service and the food are great. The check in as the check out went fast. The crowd are tourists and also locals. Cozy pools and funny entertainment. We watched FIFA football on a big screen. They have a sportsbar and a cozy nightclub. Good value! If you are looking for a good affordable hotel this is the one in Juan Dolio. If you are looking for luxury than stay in another place. But this was perfect for us just 35 minutes from SDQ airport. We are a family of 5. We had a great stay. Thank you we will come back. Very Disappointing Experience Definitely Not a Resort Our stay was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The breakfast was horrible. The bottled drinks were already opened/unsealed and appeared to have been refilled. The food was cold and the overall quality was unacceptable. The property is advertised as a resort, but our experience was very different. It felt more like individual apartments owned by different people and rented out to guests, rather than a properly managed resort. We stayed in apartment 221, and the condition was honestly shocking. There was an incredible amount of dirt and grime, unlike anything I have encountered in a hotel or resort. The apartment had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity and an old, musty odor that made the stay very uncomfortable. We also had no water on two separate occasions during our very short stay. To make matters worse, the blanket provided for sleeping was covered in dust.
