'We booked the private family room/suite. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags. Upon our return many hours later our room was gone. They did not mention this earlier and had plenty of time to do so, especially given that they sat us down for water to welcome us. The reasons for not providing our room varied, including bad plumbing to no electricity, but based on the conversation I witnessed with an earlier customer, I believe they gave our room away. 'I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

'Horrible service received from the hotel staff. Pre-booked and paid rooms were not “available”. No notice from the hotel beforehand. Hotel didn’t help to arrange another accommodation. They just told to go nearby dormitory. '

'rustig gelegen. mooi uitzicht op het water. vriendelijk personeel dat ook excursies aanbiedt. de bungalows zijn erg leuk en het voelde even of ik midden in de jungle zat. er zijn fietsen en scooters te huur. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen de schoonmaakster heeft mijn broek gestolen.. na veel gedoe kreeg ik deze wel terug. Maar ik vond het erg vervelend om dit mee te maken'
