'Hanna was the best - she helped with everything we needed! There isn’t much for other dining options in the immediate area, but a quick trip by car or bus gets you to many. Very quiet and peaceful. Smoothies were great! Bus on island easy to use and inexpensive!'

'Amazing host. Can't give my compliments enough to Dat. He cared for each of us like we were a member of his family and I can say to any traveller you will always be in safe hands. He knows all the best spots to go and has access to some of the best restaurants on the island. On top of this the hotel was modern, clean and the restaurants food was incredible. 'Comfortable hotel near Cat Ba town, with good views of the bay, and out of sight of the building work in town. We had a one night stay before a boat trip on Lan Ha and Halong Bays. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, effective Aircon, and comfortable bed, although slightly limited choice of nearby restaurants.'

'Staff super friendly. Laundry cheap and fast. Luggage storage. After we checked out we went kayaking and when we returned to collect our bags we were offered a room and towels to get showers and changed. Excellent service. Thank you. '

'Based on the rating we had a higher expectation. Hospitality is not sincere, limited English and hotel was focused on high volume instead of cusomized service. During our stay of 3 nights we had about 50 plus schoolchildren making music untill 3 at night and running over the corridors smashing doors.
