'This was a beautiful condo! We stayed here with our three kids. Room was perfect, facilities were clean and updated. The host contacted us about an issue with the bedroom air conditioner. When we arrived they were still working on it, but treated us to dinner for the inconvenience (which honestly wasn’t an issue since they had communicated to us prior). 'We rented this condo for a couple of days in December of season to celebrate our anniversary. Ocean City is nice and quiet that time of year but there are still plenty of good restaurants open. The room and the ocean view from the balcony is just as it appears on line. Check in was easy and the host texted us the entry code as soon as the unit was cleaned. All the amenities promised were available to us. It was a very enjoyable stay.'

'The property was amazing. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. This was a big help in making some Thanksgiving dishes. The building was very nice and while it wasn’t beach weather it was great to wake up and see the ocean! The only bad part is the fee to park especially in the off season when there was plenty of space. '

'Condo was in a great location to the beach, stores and restaurants. Condo was clean and owners were very responsive when we reached out to them. Pool was nice and never crowded. It was also nice to have reserved parking spaces included with the condo. We will definitely book again when we return to Ocean City.'

'This Sea Colony unit has the most splendid view of lovely Bethany Beach and very comfortable living spaces. We did most of our cooking at home and found everything we needed. The beach walk from Farragut to Bethany Beach was just long enough to justify ice cream treats! '
