'Iconic Long Hai is one of the better properties located in Long Hai. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean with the exception of the grout inside the shower. The bed are comfortable, however the luggage rack are design more for just carry on luggage’s. If you bring a large luggage, it will not fit. Breakfast buffet only available on the weekends or whenever they have high occupancy; otherwise, there’s an à la carte menu. The breakfast is decent. At night time, they close the garage door,...

'Location staffs foods are great love to come back'

'Overall service was excellent. However, there are just 2 restaurants. While only 1 serve dinner during weekday. The restaurant name steak and bone, yet there isn’t really steak. It seems to be over price. I stay at floor 11 (closely highest floor) below either fountain or kids water play ground and it is so noisy at night. I was told that it will turn off at night, but all night long can hear the water that comes can’t sleep well. Another thing, the room temp can be set @22C. But it is so...

'조용하고 깨끗하고 …청소하시는 분들도 친절하고 생각보다 괜찮음'

'Le was there waiting for me gave me the key. She showed me everything so I can get to the room without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean and everything worked excellently. I had a wonderful time staying in this room and definitely will reserve it again next time.'

I tried...

'좋았어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 또 금방 자주 올 것 같아요.'

'Check in process was a little confusing. There’s no front desk. You need to contact the host so make sure to have phone service. The main thing that I hate about the place is the elevator. I waited 20-30 minutes just to go up the elevator because of how busy it was.'

'Lots of room, great views'
