'The hotel and staff were top-notch. The area around is typical “rural” Vietnamese. If you are a Westerner- looking for a pristine beach experience- you won’t like this area (but you WILL like the hotel). If you are used to Southeast Asia travel- you will really enjoy it. Note: we were the only Westerners we saw- and we felt like rock stars. Everyone said “hello.” All the kids ran up to us giggling. '

'This resort was one of the overall nicest properties we’ve ever stayed. The grounds were clean and well cared for the staff was super friendly and inviting if you needed something, the beaches were amazing. I would highly recommend this property for anybody to stay. Make sure your driver will take you into town for groceries because when we were there, the restaurant had limited hours and was not open past 2 PM'

'poor staff services'

'the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty.'

'The checkin process was pretty smooth. Rooms are better in person than pictures. They are clean and super cute. We were able to view the city and part of the ocean from our room. The view is beautiful.'

'We were supposed to have ocean view, but not available for first day. He offered us room with view for second night but two much trouble to change rooms for one night. Elevators are incredibly slow. Ants in room. Infinity pool is gorgeous! Security guard, Andy, was extremely helpful, great suggestions for where to eat, etc AC worked very well.'
