Great service to leave the hotel
A little bit hard to find the shuttle service (just received through application when arriving at airport , with just WiFi in some areas of the airport) and not where we have to meet but convenient
No room service for late arrival

The hotel was amazing! The staff was extremely friendly!!
The property is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely family friendly and close to a mall across the street and close to Shanghai Disneyland!
Definitely recommend, ask for Frank!
