'Excellent'

'We loved our stay here, everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful. We had many questions and they were very helpful and helped us forward our luggage to the next city. The breakfast was amazing, I looked forward to it every day. Having the Refa brand products and blow dryer was a huge plus as I have wanted to try them, and i was able to purchase a few hairbrushes at the hotel to my surprise. The room is small but I knew that and the dimensions were listed online. With that said it...

'Great location in area full of restaurants. Neat breakfast with sweet and savory things. Small but good. Rooms very clean and modern bathrooms. Lots of small extras in the hotel and quiet. Super comfy beds just 1 stop away from busy Shibuya. '

'The spacious rooms were a big plus for our family of four. However, the 10 a.m. check-out time was too early and not inflexible. Standard check-out times in Japan, like anywhere else, are 11 a.m. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but there aren’t many food options nearby.'

'Clean, host was easy to communicate with, and good for price point.'

'We liked the wash/dry machine in the room. The staff were nice especially Mr. Naoki helped us print out our train tickets. We’re not sure how to go with'

'Schone kamer, nog redelijk groot voor Tokio. Loopafstand tot shibuya in rustige straat. Zou zo weer boeken'

'The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.'
