'Good location and staff but our room left a lot to be desired. Our bathroom sink faucet leaked our entire visit. A huge portion of the carpet in the bathroom and door was wet which isn’t the best situation when your disabled child can only crawl on the ground.'

'I reserved a king room with a whirlpool tub and that's what I got. I absolutely enjoyed my weekend getaway. The room was clean save for a few long hairs on a pillow but luckily I always bring my own. And the jets could've been cleaned more thoroughly but I brought my own lysol wipes for that purpose. The room never did get ice cold but it was in direct sunlight and all it took was one hot shower to take all the cool away. 'I liked the hotel because it was new, very clean, quiet, and nicely located to stores, restaurants, etc. If you are looking to venture into downtown Cincinnati, I highly recommend having a vehicle. It is a quick 15-minute drive. I did not like the noticeable condition of the couch (cigarette-type burn holes in one of the cushions).
