'Een zeer prettig verblijf. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kom hier graag weer terug'

'AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Booked expecting a fairly hassle free process to book only to be asked for a photo of my passport, bank card details, home address and more (ajority of which was NOT needed) Anyway arrived to find someone parked in my reserved space in what was essentially a public car park but not the end of the world, however once i stepped through the door thats where the problem came. This is certainly not an 'appartment' at all but a very poor excuse for a room which can only be...

'Very nice hotel in the centre of southampton. Polite good personel and a very clean room, excellent breakfast.'

'We had a delightful stay...and a wonderful breakfast. My wife thought the eggs were prepared perfectly.'

'We stayed at Ennios the day and night before a cruise. Ennios is a restaurant (a good nice Italian restaurant) and has 5 rooms as well. The service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are located on the first floor but there is no elevator. We could leave our suitcases that we didnt need at reception. The rooms are comfortable. 'The fire alarm went off 3 times in a night, I didn't sleep that night.'

'Conveniet location. Family room is a little cramped, but for sleeping and resting, it does the job perfectly well.'

A dirty cleaning towel lying next to our door. The whole room was worn out, paint coming of etc. The bathroom so small you couldn t use the sink when you had the door open. The shower was broken,...

'Fijn hotel op een handige, centrale locatie. Winkelcentrum en vele restaurants om de hoek. Lekker ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Op loopafstand van St. Mary Stadium.'

'Prima hotel. Beetje achterhaald maar wel schoon en ruim'

'This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton'
