'There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but...

'I wrote a review previously and I now received another review request I presume hoping I would change my review. I had an awful time at this hotel. The staff was terrible. The room was ok but the garbage pails were never emptied during our entire 2 day stay. We waited more than an hour & a half for an additional blanket after calling the front desk 3 times & only to find after not deciding to call a fourth time they the blanket was left at the door without the person even knocking to let us know...
