'Beautiful location, with beautiful swimmingpool with view over the Ocean, Ara's and whales. Friendly employees (95%), but for a 5star expected I more... For my Birthday I got a special dessert. Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

'We paid months ahead as with many other accommodations, which we've never had any issues with. This place was hard to find so we called to clarify directions, and we were told if we didn't have a 4x4 that it wasn't possible to get to (which was NOT mentioned on the booking site on Expedia) We were left to scramble and find a place to stay last minute which was inconvenient and cost a lot more. We were also informed we would be given the money back but months later we still haven't seen it. '

'Very quiet location and an easy uber ride to the beach, Hotel is a bit run down and a bit concerned no hotel staff overnight, just the security guy and dog at the main gate! '

'The hotel is located at the end of the street. There is 24 hr security watch for cars parked in front of hr the hotel. The staff is friendly and spoke English especially our bartender Sebastian. The AC worked and cooled us down a lot especially since the weather was hot and humid. '

'When we arrived, it was all locked up and dark on a sketchy back alley. A man came to the gate but would not open it or turn any lights on. He called someone and they said my reservation was for the next day. They blamed Expedia for the error. We left and found another hotel. Very unpleasant experience.'

'The pool was deeper than most pools in the area instead of 3 foot it was between 4 and 5 foot. The rooms were excellent. Called late for gate trouble, I recommend arriving first time in daylight to see how gates open for parking. But they answered right away and assisted us! They were so nice, got an extra blanket delivered the same night as well and they were so nice. There is zero view of the beach but the beach is only 5 minutes walking to be on jaco beach itself. Got a tour company right...

'Plenty of parking although the resort was kind of empty when I went. Good: Beautiful room(condo) on high floor with nice balcony and view of ocean..can't say enough about that. A/C in room and premises was perfect. Walk out of 100° outside and immediately into cool resort interior..Plenty of pool chairs/umbrellas so unlike Aruba, I didn't have to get up at 4am to grab one.
