El Dorado Water Park

Excellent Hotel.

Property was very small yet nice however really lack of good communication.staff are not really friendly nor trained , Food is really not that good. It looks good, but didn’t taste right. spa service is good but very pricey we were interested in wine tasting however we couldn’t get anyone to book it for us while we’re looking into more details. Also felt the price as a little bit too much. We got a wine sommelier to help us pick up the wine at dinner. He was good but again the wine price is really over the top for what they offer. There is a sweet coffee. Dessert shop looks good but everything tasted a bit off. I don’t wanna be a review Karen however I really don’t think I’m the only one that felt this way about the resort.

Similar to other RIUs we have stayed at in the past. This entire gated complex was 4 unique RIU properties By staying at the Macao, we had access to visit each of the others. Shopping market, RIU party venue separate from each resort, and the service/staff were all things we liked about this property. This resort was exclusive and adults only so very relaxing and peaceful. The party pool was the most noise you could ever hear during the day. Restaurants were good, but the steakhouse was by far superior in service and quality.
