'All the staff were very helpful and understood any questions and resolved them well. The room was cleaned every day. Would stay again'

'The hotel, its 5* facilities, and especially its staff stand out from the neighboring hotels and truly enhance your ability to relax and enjoy your holiday.'

'Air-conditioned and had everything we needed. All-inclusive was a bonus. I thought it was room-only, so that was a happy bonus.'

'Heel leuk verblijf gehad met 3 kinderen (2 maanden, 2,5 jaar en 5 jaar). Half pension genomen, heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Ook diner was telkens prima in orde, elke dag een andere wereldkeuken. Kinderdisco vonden de kindjes geweldig! Algemeen een geweldige vakantie gehad, bedankt!'

'Great location and nice breakfast and dinner!'

'Tsokkos needs to spends some money on the hotels they take enough to stay these premises as we went all inclusive for 4 nights to try to see if it had changed the asnwers is no all cheap inclusive drinks unbranded awful cheap stuff the food is very bland and to me could have served a lot better the afternoon snack bar needs to rethink about cooking proper nice burger other than cheap tasting burgers will I be going back more than likely not as the brand wasn’t good 20years ago and it’s still the...

'This is the hotel that the Tsokkos Hotel Chain has forgotten about..... This is our 3 year visiting Protaras and the hotel has a lot to improve on - it's old, tired and in desperate need of a makeover - which is a real shame as the location in terms of the beach and the strip is excellent and to be honest probably the only positive I can come up with. Room - decent bed, shower is good. Cleaning non existent, often had to ask for fresh towels, and it's almost as if one person does one thing,...

'Everything is good. New rooms, very polite and friendly personnel. Swimming pool is not very big and it is lack of free chaise-longues.'

'Our stay was perfect thankyou so much'

'Amazing stay at this hotel, we would 100% return. We booked a partial sea view room and were upgraded to a full sea view room which was a lovely surprise, the view was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. We had the all inclusive package, all drinks are included and the lunch menu in particular was great. The ONLY thing I disliked about the experience was that people were actually running for sun beds on a morning...

'Absolutely phenomenal place to stay when visiting, the gentleman that greeted me at 2am to check in was extremely pleasant and didn’t seem bothered by how early it was. The apparement I was in was clean and beautifully presented, the bed was very comfy. I had everything I needed and more. The food at the Cj’s was amazing and all of the ladies there were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to any visiting! Thank you to the staff!'
