'We have absolutely loved our stay at Olympic lagoon. The food and drinks are amazing, the staff can’t do enough for you. The kids entertainment is on all day and the evening shows are fantastic. We also ate at the seven orchards restaurant and again the food and staff were amazing. Really recommend this hotel will definitely be returning.'

'Hotel was overbooked when we arrived, booked through Expedia was put into another hotel of a higher grade for a night and board basis upgraded so can’t complain but was a little inconvenient. Reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t have the best communication skills. Property was nice though, good spacious connecting rooms, lovely sunbeds x'

'As Anmarie hotel was not open that time, Tsokkos hotels offered to change our reservation to Chrysomare Beach Hotel and resort, so this review is based on this facts. The staff was excellent, helpful and kind. We were on HalfBoard and the food was excellent. 'Heel leuk verblijf (5 dagen). Enige opmerking : de kwaliteit van de "snacks" in de "All Inclusive" formule : nogal beperkt en de "warme snacks" waren koud! 'The water park was closed due to maintenance (did not know that until we came there?) . But the positive thing is we could make use from another hotel the water park and all inclusive facilities. We had luck that we had a car to go there. The other hotel was much better than Electra. The airco was good in our hotel room. The mini disco was great. Our kids loved it. The food was average, but ok. '

'The staff from the front desk, to the restaurants were fantastic. Some of bar tenders at the Beach bar were not quite as helpful and sometimes quite rude. The gift shop is spot on, great prices and so very helpful. We don't normally buy from hotel gift shops because they are generally over inflated prices. But found if we needed things their prices were in-line with downtown or better. Enjoyed our stay!'
