'The Vrissaki Beach Hotel is a nice hotel and is located in the centre of Paramilla. Bars, Restaurants and shops such as supermarkets are all located a few minutes away from the hotel. 'Het hotel is mooi en het eten zeer goed. Zoals al aan de receptie medegedeeld was de kamer een teleurstelling. Wij verbleven er maar 1 nacht maar werden op de 1 e verdieping geplaatst waar volop werkzaamheden aan de gang waren. Erg luid en rommelig. De tv deed het niet en na de mededeling hiervan is er niets aan gedaan. Er was geen koffie en thee op de kamer, wel de waterkoker en het water. De druk op de kraan was slecht, het duurde een uur voor het bad vol was. De deur naar het balkon was...

And for the hotel management I like to advice you to give some more freedom to your employees, trust them and give them the responsibilities to act accordingly. I booked two rooms for two nights but due to an emergency my colleague couldn't join, I didn't even try to gain back any money for the last minute cancelled second room but it would have been a nice gesture if you show some empathy ore...
