Park your car - no need to drive anywhere with pier park across the street - the ultimate dining, shopping, entertainment complex including Margaritaville, the back porch, marble slab creamery, the last resort, Ron Jon surf shop, buffalo wild wings (for all the games!), five guys, cantina Mexican cuisine, red bricks pizza, Starbucks, hoffbrau beer gardens, a 14 screen theater complex, target (with new 'fresh market' grocery store), dillards, Ann Taylor loft, chicos, American eagle, aeropostale, old navy, borders books, fusion day spa, massage envy, cute boutiques and much, much more! Free outdoor concerts - Thursday evenings at pier park. Carnival rides and games for the young children. Close to frank brown park! We are located next to unspoiled beaches, and beyond that is the Russell fields city pier - over 1500 feet! The longest pier on the gulf of Mexico - offering breathtaking views and inexpensive fishing tackle rentals. For a great lunch 'to go' to the beach, check out fatty's sub shop across the street - excellent wraps, pizza, sandwiches! Give them your beach chair number and they'll even deliver it to your beach chair! Check out their menu along with many others in our 'things to do' binder.

We had a great time, and the view was great. The only issue was parking, which was not VRBO's fault. The condo would not give a third spot as they stated they were full; however, the top parking deck was completely empty all three days of our stay.

Excellent location and view!

We loved this location! It was close to the pier and Pier Park which has shopping and restaurants. All of the staff is very friendly and they keep everything very clean. Our condo was great! My only complaint is that there were only three bath towels per bathroom so we had do laundry more often and the dryer took forever to dry towels.

Perfect Sweet Sixteen!

My daughter decided she wanted a family beach trip for her sweet sixteenth birthday instead of a party. This was the absolute perfect place!!! The pictures that were listed with this unit did not do it justice! It was so much more perfect. It’s a corner unit so we had a beautiful view from the living room and two of the bedrooms.

Perfect location!

Would definitely stay here again. The location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk to the pier to eat rather than dealing with traffic made the trip even better especially with small children. Beds were comfortable and the space was clean. And for the 4th we had a front row view from the balcony for all the fireworks.

The day was pretty much perfect. The only problem we had at the Condo was the dryer., we had to dry our clothes, at least three times to get them dry. And we would not even put a whole load in the dryer. We would put a half a load of laundry in the dryer.

Awesome Vacation

We had never stayed on the Pier Park side of Beach Front Road. We loved the convenience of everything. Our parking did end before 10:00 so the staff had to be notified for us to be let out of the parking deck. The owner of the condo was very easy to work with. We will stay again! Thanks for a good vacation!

A coworker and I took 2 individuals with special needs to PCB for a week trip. They felt like a king and queen in this condo! The kitchen was nice for us to relax and have breakfast. The rooms were convenient for everyone. One LOVED the 20th story view! (One didn’t venture too far onto the balcony lol)

There were 8 of us and the condo was perfect for our adult adventure. The location was perfect and the staff was super nice. The condo was clean and ready to go for us. No real issues. It was quiet at night and had a great view from the 20th floor. Check in and check out were a breeze. We had the code to get in a week before and it was all very easy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location! Spacious Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It is more updated than what the pictures show on VRBO. The location is perfect, right on the beach next to the pier - within walking distance to so many things like pier park and gulf world. Amazing views from the 20th floor. The biggest negative we have would be that the king and queen sized mattresses where a lot more firm than what we like. But overall it is a very nice condo. It was very handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. They even had 2 beach chairs you can use. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

A great place to celebrate friendships

The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms was a must for a group of 6 women. The location is excellent if needing to walk to restaurants and shopping. The owner was responsive to our questions and needs. The pool rules are a little extreme but there must be a reason for them.
