We purchased this beautiful Panama City Beach condo vacation rental in 2016 so we could have a vacation home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 1704 because it offers a very spacious 1249 square foot living space, it is directly on the beach and has incredible views of the Gulf and beach. It offers three bedrooms, two full baths and sleeps up to 9 comfortably. The master bedroom has an en suite full bath, king bed and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed, and the bunkroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The second full bath is off the hallway. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and has direct access to the balcony. From our spacious 200 square foot balcony, you can enjoy some of the world’s most spectacular views of the Emarald Gulf’s turquoise water, sugar white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets. You will also see marine life such as dolphins, stingrays, and sea turtles swimming around. Bring your binoculars for an even better look. We’ve also included a free set of beach chairs and an umbrella from March through October.
Since purchasing our condo, we’ve made many upgrades such as all new furniture, appliances, HVAC with Dehumidifier and Air Purifier, hot water heater, luxury vinyl planking, cabinets & fixtures, lighting, flat screen Cable/Roku TV’s, painted the entire condo and added colorful paintings and wall art. We hope that you enjoy the comforts of our condo, the beach, and amenities as much as we do!

*Living Room has a flat screen TV with Cable & Roku, queen sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, swivel chair and a Gulf view and balcony access.
*Dining Room area seats 9 with 6 chairs around the dining table and 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, etc.
*Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop, and bucket.
*Master Bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with Cable & Roku and a Gulf view and balcony access. En suite Master Bath has a combination tub/shower, vanity with two sinks and hotel style wall hair dryer.

*The fitness center is located on the 5th floor and offers treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, various stationary weight machines and free weights/dumbbells.
*The pool deck is also located on the 5th floor and has two pools with one heated, two hot tubs and a kids mushroom where they can dance under the water.
*The parking garage is located on floors P1 through P4 under the building. P1 is beach access and P2 is street level access.
*Two gas grills and picnic tables are located on P1 at the beach access entrance.
