  • This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been updated and expertly decorated. The was a beautiful condo that had never been rented when the new owners purchased it in 2025 but it has been updated with new furniture and a brand new coastal theme and colors. There is luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The master bath was remodeled with a standalone shower. All of the appliances are stainless steel. The large family room and the master bedroom have stunning views of the Gulf and each has a door onto one of the largest balconies in all of PCB. Most of the balconies have just enough room for a few chairs but this balcony is
    10 feet deep and 28 feet wide. You will spend a large amount of your time on the balcony because of the size and the breath taking views from the 14 floor. The new pollywood outdoor furniture is sets this condo apart from most.

    You are located directly across from one of best "goofy golf" courses and the largest go cart track in PCB. You are centrally located about 1 mile east of Pier Park. Pier Park is the largest retail, entertainment and dining area in all of PCB and with the new Dolly Parton Pirate Voyage Dinner and Show as well as Top Golf. During the season with the heavy traffic many just choose to walk to Pier Park.

    Nautilus street almost dead ends into the condo complex so it is easy to get off of Front Beach Road and head to Highway 98. You have a dedicated parking spot in the parking deck so you do not have to compete for a parking spot like many condo units. The parking spot is covered from the hot Florida sun.

Very clean and very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Perfect location and huge beautiful balcony directly on beach. Would definitely stay there again. Ideal location near Pier Park, Target and Walmart.

The location was great with a view. No issues besides taking the remaining balance 5 days before scheduled time and the elevator situation where my family and I were forced to walk up 14 flights or wait 20 minutes for an elevator

The complaints I have is about the elevators, one point we were down to 1, my daughter got stuck on one w/about 9 other people. The elevators need to be upgraded or new ones installedThe parking garage nor the spaces are for lg. SUV’s.

Our stay was amazing!!! The condo is very clean, the upgrades are beautiful and true to the pictures. And even more important, the host was responsive, friendly and very helpful. Something was wrong with the air conditioner our first night. She had a maintenance person come to the condo at 10:45 at night! He had everything working properly in just a few moments. I will definitely stay at this property again and recommend to my family and friemds!!! Oh...and the views were outstanding! Patio furniture was very nice and good quality. I spent a lot of time on the patio...it is huge! You can tell this owner cares about quality and that her guests are comfortable.
