Situated on the west end of the Windward building on the 6th floor this condo has unobstructed views all the way down the beach and past the pier. The Windward building in the highly sought after Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is closer to the water than most condos-a shorter walk to get to the sand and surf! Sea Forever comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in a king-sized bed, three queen-sized beds, a large sofa sectional in the living room, and two twin sized sofa sleeper ottomans in the living room. The beachfront open floor plan great room features a large sectional sofa with two twin sleeper sofa ottomans. There's a huge TV with free Roku Streaming in HD included. Be sure to bring your devices so you can surf by the surf with free WiFi by FireDog that's included with your rental. The dining table has six chairs and additional seating at the bar. It's a great place for enjoying your meals or playing cards or board games with the whole group! This property has a drip coffee maker so, please bring regular coffee filters and ground coffee so you'll be ready to start the morning off right! The kitchen looks out over the great room to the ocean so, you have a great beach view even while you are on kitchen duty! Modern appliances, dishes, pots and pans, flatware, glassware, etc. are all included with your rental. So, you can cook in if your don't feel like going out to one of the amazing restaurants that are near by.

The Sandy Dunes Main Suite is a gulf view king bedroom with a private bathroom. Relax in comfort with high thread count linens, fluffy pillows and big thirsty towels. There's a wall mounted TV with Roku provided, too. You'll love this private hideaway, it's so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves just outside your window. The sliding door opens right on to the beachfront balcony, too.

The Coastal Cottage second bedroom has two queen sized beds with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. The tropical décor really sets the mood for a great beach vacation! The flat screen TV with Roku is great for relaxing, too. This room has a private entrance to the adjacent full bathroom so there's plenty of privacy here. The window opens onto the hallway outside and there is a large closet for storage. The private second bathroom is beautifully decorated and has a tub/shower combo with it's own private single vanity area and hair dryer.

The Beachy View third bedroom suite has a queen sized bed with luxury linens and fluffy pillows for a good night's sleep. This third bedroom features a large desk area with a flat screen TV with Roku and is a great place to work while on vacation. This room has a bathroom adjacent to it which makes getting ready for a night out on the town a breeze. The third bathroom is perfect for anyone sleeping on the sofa as well.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available for and additional charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool and hot tub. The Villas have pools and hot tubs, too. There are a total of 12 pools at Edgewater.
