The Resort:
Completed in June 2005, Boardwalk Beach Resort has earned a reputation as one of the premier destinations in Panama City Beach. From the moment you step into the spectacular lobby, you’ll know you’re in the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. Located on the west end of Thomas Drive, the resort is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Signal Hill Golf Course, offering convenient access to all the area has to offer.

Resort amenities include a 2,500 sq ft zero-entry pool, two hot tubs, a children’s pool with interactive water sprays and fountains, an indoor activity center, and a daily Tiki Bar serving drinks and light meals. Enjoy live music Thursday through Sunday during peak season.

The Condo:
Step inside our sophisticated yet comfortable end-unit condo, featuring nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, ceramic tile floors, and upgraded furnishings throughout. Start your day with a walk along the beach, grab a coffee poolside at the Tiki Bar, or pick up your morning paper and bagel at the nearby Corner Market.

The oversized 3rd-floor balcony is perfect for soaking in the Gulf views. Relax on six swivel rocker chairs, enjoy dining at the table with friends or family, or lounge in two sling chaises.

Living & Dining:
The main living area features a queen sofa sleeper and twin loveseat sleeper, a large dining table for six, and five bar stools around the granite breakfast counter. Smart TV, WOW cable, and high-speed Wi-Fi (even accessible from the beach!) make staying connected a breeze.

Kitchen:
Cook like a pro in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and every tool you could need, including a Crockpot, blender, griddles, electric mixer, toaster, Keurig, and Mr. Coffee maker, plus plenty of barware and serving dishes for entertaining.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King-sized four-poster bed from the National Geographic West Indies Collection by Lane, armoire with smart TV/DVD, and sliding doors to the balcony with teak rocking chairs. Master bath features double marble vanity sinks, walk-in closet, custom tiled shower, jetted tub, and Gulf-view window shelf.

Second Bedroom: Queen-sized beadboard pine bed with oversized nightstands and armoire with TV/DVD.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-double bunk bed, wall-mounted smart TV, and drawers for storage.
Lockout Studio Suite: King bed, queen sofa bed, private balcony with swivel chairs and table, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, Keurig, and toaster, smart TV/DVD, double vanity, garden tub, and separate tiled shower.

Parking & Resort Registration:
The Boardwalk Condo Association requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for guests 6 years and older and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Damages may result in charges up to $400 through VRBO, with notification provided.
