From the moment you walk into this spacious three-bedroom condominium located in the heart of Seacrest Beach, you'll be in awe of both the fresh, open decor as well as the fantastic views of bustling Scenic Highway 30A below. Your master bedroom features access to the balcony, a spacious king bed, & a 75-inch smart tv. Attached to the master bedroom you'll find the master bathroom, which features a double vanity, tub and a larger than usual closet. Your second bedroom has a fantastic king bed, a great closet, and a 60-inch smart tv. The third bedroom has newly updated Full over Full bunk bed along with a 55-inch Smart tv. The two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway, which features a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the accouterments needed for a five-course meal or a simple shrimp boil! All cooking and baking items are provided, and then some. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living spaces. The living room features beautiful décor along with access to the balcony.

The Village of South Walton has an amazing beachside village feel. No car is needed while staying in this condo. Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep.

- No GOLF carts or LSV'S, Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule. (Strict Rule)
- CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
- Guests will be responsible for any and all damages caused to the property during their stay.
