Cute 1 bedroom/1 bath condo overlooking the pool & the beach! 2 beach loungers/1 umbrella provided on the beach 3/15-10/31. Gorgeous beach & gulf views from your living room & balcony. Brand new kitchen w/ blue shaker cabinets, granite counters, & stainless steel appliances. Stunning sunsets! Unique coastal decor throughout plus 50 inch flat screen tvs. Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, & Sharkys. Shuckums Oyster Bar is across the street. We are a 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park (9 softball fields, tennis, basketball, fishing, dog park, aquatic center, etc). Beautiful pool, hot tub, wash station w/ shower, grills (3), & patio with picnic tables. Plenty of parking out front. There is a small grass area on the property for dogs. Laundry is onsite in shared laundry area on 3rd floor. Unit is privately owned & managed. It is located within The Ambassador Condos. Well behaved dogs (under 70 lbs approx) are allowed with prior approval. Please be sure to check the dog box on VRBO for dog fee. We own 3 beautiful 2nd floor units if this 1st floor unit happens to be booked (1156050, 1817520, 2381370). If you are looking for a larger gulf front property, check out Emerald Seascape. It is a 4 bedroom/4 bath townhome (780217) on the beach with numerous 5 star reviews!! We also own a beautiful downtown industrial condo in Birmingham if you are in the area or need a place to stop on the way to our PCB condos!

Als je liever de natuur intrekt, kan dat bij Stranden van Panama City en Frank Brown Park. Ga naar Publix Sports Park om een evenement of wedstrijd bij te wonen en maak ook wat tijd vrij voor Shipwreck Island Waterpark, een topattractie die je zeker niet mag missen. We loved the place. It was quiet at night. There was work going on above us during tthe day, but it didn't bother us because we were mostly gone during the day. It could impact others if they enjoy staying indoors. I'm not surevwhat they were working on but it sounded like construction of some sort. The owners were very responsive throughout the trip. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The host was very pleasant. The apartment needs major updates. His cleaning lady needs fired she left cigarette butts in the kitchen sink and back patio, if you are looking for good beach access and good view you find it here. And be prepared to listen to karaoke all night long in your apartment because of shuckems across the street. They don’t shut up. Loud cars all night on Main Street. The A/C unit is 1 foot from the bed. There is also a smoking area right outside 110 front door. People standing smoking and talking so loud all night long. Be ware!

Jeff & Jill's adorable condo sits directly on the beach. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Open up the patio doors and the scenery is breath taking.I would highly recommend this slice of paradise to anyone. We can't wait to go back.Jeff was extremely fast to respond to a lock situation that was completely our fault.

We enjoyed our stay with hosts Jeff & Jill. Everything was clean and the condo is beautiful. The unit is in a perfect location- easy walk from the parking lot and beautiful view of the pool and beach. Communication was great and the property itself was well-maintained. I was worried about parking with it being across from a restaurant, but it proved to be no issue. Reserved beach chairs were great. The beach was never too crowded in this area. Looking forward to coming back!

Beach is soooo close to the condo, you can just about feel the ocean mist on your face from your balcony. Great little space for your furries to do their business. Cute little galley kitchen perfect for the off nights when you eat in.

Great Week on the Beach!!

This is my 4th year in a row to stay at this condo and it is perfect! It is right on the beach, centrally located to all kinds of activities, and the decor is beachy and appealing. We had a wonderful time. There are beach chairs reserved for this unit and we simply walked the few steps to the beach, sat down and enjoyed the surf and the sun. When the sun's rays were too intense, the beach umbrella gave us shade. We had a wicked storm while we were there and Jeff was right on it; he was responsive to my calls and texts and everything worked out perfectly. The kitchen is small but highly efficient, and the appliances are A1. There is a new shower and tiling which contributed to the kind of feel you want to have on the beach. We hated to leave! Great getaway but...

Wanted to love it. Cute, close to the beach, view, everything for home away from home, except shower soap, fresh beach towels.. smelled like wet dogs. Could be like home. LolDisappointment as not able to walk out the back to a patio to the beach, pool, hottub. Even though 1st floor. Have to walk through maze of stairs to get there. Bar across the street brought people in our parking area into the wee hours. Ear piercing fire alarm! Took fire department 15 min from alarm time to arriving. By then a grease kitchen fire would have been out of control. 2nd floor customers took too long of a hot steamy shower. Oh my! Warning love birds. Kept tv music on to drown out bar noise. TV selections are incredible though. Woke up multiple X w/people talking in front of door that had a broken latch lock and did not function.Freezing air conditioner/stale musty smell as it cycled on n off. Soft bed, you sink fast, no night stands-no space.Some stuff really right, more important things like security, soap, clean towels - over looked. Unswept under bed. Could be who's managing it and not the owners fault. Overall, won't be back alone or with family.

Ideal Perfect Location right on the town main drag. Good parking. Beautiful view of ocean out the balcony. Nicely appointed galley kitchen. Close walk to restaurants and bars. Unheated pool. Beach chairs put out daily 8 am to 4 pm. Walmart is a quick trip for groceries, beer, wine, etc. Shopping, pier for fishing. Beautiful beach for long walks. Pet friendly
