The condo was very nice. It had all the essentials you need and more! We brought our own beach equipment, but the condo even supplied that! It was clean and the owners were very responsive. We were happy with the condo. This next part has nothing to do with the condo, but the resort. The security is a joke. They are worried about the wrong things. We had our toddler in the hot tub and had a container of ducks next to the pool. The security who was watching the cameras called another security to come tell us to "move our drink from the pool". He then had to explain it was a container of ducks. Moments later, the security came back and told us we had to remove a floaty we had in the hot tub for our toddler. We would have not been in the hot tub if the indoor pool would have been properly heated. The pool was not heated the entire time of our stay. Maintenance was aware of the issue and was in no rush to fix it. The pool was freezing and my toddler was unable to swim in it. We went to the outdoor pool, which was also pretty chilly because it was shaded. The other outdoor pool that the sun was covering and I'm sure was warm, was shut down for "maintenance" the entire day. My toddler never got to swim. They are worried about open containers but not the kids roughhousing around the pool. The parking was a bit of a hassle. You have to enter from across the street on the 3rd floor. They give you 20 mins to park and unload, which is impossible. The resort needs better management.
