Unit Features: Sugar Beach C1 is a luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo. Each bedroom includes a king sized bed, on-suite bathroom and flat screen TV. Unit includes spacious living room with flat screen TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils needed for your stay. Unit does have full size washer and dryer in unit. You will not find a more relaxing and friendly environment anywhere!

Property Features: Sugar Beach condominiums are located directly on the beach. You will be just steps from the beach at all times. The property features freshwater ponds, tennis courts, swimming pools and grilling areas and much more. Property does feature a comfortable clubhouse with full kitchen and lounging area.

This amazing ground floor condo also comes with 2 beach chairs and umbrellas, completely free of charge during the summer months!

Sugar Beach is conveniently located to all the main attractions in Panama City Beach! Pier Park - 6.5 miles. Beaches - steps away. ECP Airport - 20 miles. Shipwreck Island Waterpark - 2.9 miles. Wonderworks - 1.1 miles. Shoppes at Edgewater - 2.1 miles. Adventure at Sea (boat rentals) - 3.9 miles. Schooners - 3.9 miles. Spinnakers - 0.2 miles. Ms. Newby's - 500 feet!

Disclosure: Primary renter to be 25 and stay in unit. If you are having trouble booking please send us a message so we can help you book. The Sugar Beach HOA charges $25/per car which is to be paid to them directly upon arrival to the complex.
