Booking Long Beach August 18, 2025-April 2026 SEE DESCRIPTION PRIOR TO BOOKING

The Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida, will be undergoing exterior renovations starting on August 18, 2025, and which are expected to be completed by April 2026.
This project is a pre-planned renovation by the Home Owners’ Association and its management which includes repairs to balconies and building exteriors. Guests may experience disruptions, including noise associated with the renovation, limited access to some areas and pools, and temporary changes to entryways. Beach access and condo entry will remain available throughout the project.Beach gate access is currently at Tower 1. Rates have been reduced for the renovation period.

There are two beach chairs with an umbrella included in the rental. Instructions on how to access your beach chairs are posted in the condo. Beach chairs are on the beach March 01-October 31, 2026.

During the month of March, there is no alcohol allowed on the sandy beach. Alcohol is allowed at all pool areas. During the month of March, the City of Panama City Beach restricts beach access from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. daily.

This condo has key-less entry. YOUR REQUESTED NUMBER OF CAR PASSES WILL BE IN THE CONDO ON THE DATE OF CHECK IN. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL NOTIFICATION WITH YOUR DOOR CODE AND ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. The door code email is sent to the guest's personal email address that was used to make the reservation.

There are (6) pool bands in the condo. Internet instructions and contact information are posted in the condo.

Newly remodeled coastal chic, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. A wall of windows in bedroom and living room capture stunning Emerald Coast views. Access the over-sized balcony from your bedroom or living room to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or just to relax and read a good book. There are two deck style chairs on the balcony and a high boy table with seating for four The condo accommodates 6 persons with a king sized bed in the primary suite and two queen-sized beds in the second bedroom. The primary bath has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The guest bath has dual sinks and a tub/shower combination. New cabinetry, granite counters in kitchen and bath, contemporary bowl sinks in each bath, new stainless appliances, freshly painted. New plank tile throughout.

We know you don't come to the beach to cook, but should you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well equipped and upgraded with new cabinets and granite countertops. The condo seats 6 at the dining table and 2 at the breakfast bar.

Long Beach Resort sits directly on the Gulf of America's sugar white sandy beaches. The resort features 2 Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), 3 Jacuzzi spas, and a 6800 square foot lagoon pool complete with palm tree islands, waterfalls & lush tropical landscaping. Long Beach Resort has the most beach frontage of any resort on the beach. There are charcoal grills on the east side of Tower 1 and the west side of Tower 4.

Long Beach Resort has security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building -- not across the street --not in a high-rise tight-spaced parking garage! .

Super-Wal-Mart, restaurants, shopping, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks are within walking distance. Golf, mini-golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Pier Park outdoor mall, and theaters, are just a short drive away.

At Barefoot Beach Rentals we work hard to keep our condos very clean and well maintained. This condo provides Wireless Internet access and free local calls.

This a Non-smoking Condo, Pets are Not allowed, and Renter must be 25 years of age or older.
